On October 14, also at the Bulls Athletic Park, country-music award winner Miranda Lambert will perform, along with special guests Eric Church and Josh Kelley. The singer-songwriter from Texas broke country music history in August when she was nominated for nine Country Music Association Awards, including the top award, Entertainer of the Year — most ever for a female country music artist. Lambert’s recent album, “Revolution,” was widely hailed by her peers and critics and also the winner of Academy of Country Music’s 2009’s Album of the Year. The Durham stop is part of Country Music Television’s “Revolution” Tour that includes special guests Eric Church and Josh Kelley. The Durham Bulls website has more details and ticket information.
